two bed room, one bath apartment, small balcony, small kitchen and dining area. this 350 sq foot space, with white walls and hardwood floors, is washed with light from three luminous, two-meter high, sound-insulated windows. the distinguishing characteristic of the bedroom, which doubles as a study for one or two persons, is its two built-in oak desks and shelving on either side of a turn-of-the-century black marble fireplace. there is also a floor-to-ceiling closet in the far corner with space for clothes.
